BBQ Domesticity
Into the realms of domesticity we go, when Tim decides that we need to hold a barbecue. Our house is very small that a dinner party would be difficult to hold as there would be no where for our guest to sit. However, the garden is some what bigger. After much deliberation, Tim finally decided to get a new barbecue from Argos - which he decided to build inside the house. Its rather a large grill (but if thats what he wants...) We had a test run with Tim's parents' and sister. The barbecue dinner party is set for sometime in August - just in time for Tim to finish rebuilding the kitchen door and the the garden should look rather nice with all the flowers in bloom. The charcoal was really hard to warm up and took a lot longer than anticipated (note for future reference - light at least an hour before the guests arrive). Once the coals were hot, I cooked sausages, potoato waffles and burgers and pork grills and there was still plenty of heat to cook plenty more.
