Vegetarian Haggis
We tried vegetarian haggis today. They are stocking the stuff in the supermarkets before Burns Night. I have to say, I don't think much to the vegetarian stuff. Perhaps its a little bit too chewy. I followed the cooking instructions properly as well. Oh well, I guess I will stick to the non vegetarian haggis from now on...

Big Egg, Little Egg
My sister bought an ostrich egg from the farmer's market the other day and brought it home for my mum to cook. Apparently it will take about 50 minutes to boil. That is a lot of egg. I wonder what it will taste like?
